Order Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you can request a return after receiving the item, following our return policy guidelines.
Refund Process
If your reason for cancellation or return is deemed valid, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after the request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For returns, the item must be in its original condition—unused and with all original packaging—before a refund can be processed.
Valid Reasons for Return or Cancellation

What If the Order Has Already Been Dispatched?
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. However, you may request a return once you receive the item if there is a valid reason. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return standards, a refund or exchange will be processed.
